À l'étage, une première chambre composée de deux lits simples (90x2) avec une armoire. La deuxième chambre est composée d'un lit deux couchages (140), ainsi que d'une commode et d'un dressing. La troisième chambre est composée d'un lit deux couchages (160), d'une télévision, d'une commode et d'un dressing. La salle de bain est composée d'une baignoire ainsi que d'un meuble double vasque avec un large miroir.
À l' extérieur, profitez d'une terrasse, bordée d'un jardin. Une table extérieure est à disposition . Deux stores banne viennent protéger l'espace repas en cas de forte chaleur. Possibilité de garer une ou deux voiture devant l'entrée.

Impression générale Bonne.Le gérant immobilier Foncia gérant localement le logement était très disponible et très prévenant. Bien aussi.Toutefois, après avoir fait un état des lieux sans remarque particulière, nous avons constaté un peu plus tard que le robinet d'évier de cuisine était mal serré ( ce qui est assez gênant) et a finalement lâché vers la fin du séjour. Nous l'avons signalé par téléphone au gérant Foncia qui a promis le passage d'un plombier rapidement, mais Il n'est pas intervenu avant notre départ. À ce sujet le système Foncia de déclaration d'incident via un QR code ne fonctionne pas. En revanche l'état des lieux entrée et sortie via un autre lien QR code fonctionne.Foncia a contrario est intervenu de façon très efficace pour l'accès au lave linge et aux chaises de terrasse.Globalement nous sommes très satisfaits de l'offre de ce logement avec nos petits enfants (adolescents et adultes).
