Lovely house close to the beach

Excellent séjour à Oléron, la maison est parfaite, bien agencée, très propre, elle dispose de tous les équipements nécessaires et se situe dans un quartier calme à deux pas de la plage. Maison très calme et bien agencée, située à quelques minutes à vélo de la plage et du centre ville de la brée. La procédure d'arrivée et de départ était très simple et très souple. La maison est belle, bien équipée et idéale pour une famille de 4 personnes. Seul petit bémol : le ménage à notre arrivée, qui avait été fait très sommairement. Mais ça ne nous empêchera pas de revenir !

Géniales vacances sur l île d Oleron La maison de plein pied est très agréable à vivre , aménagée d une belle terrasse pour les repas ,d un jardin pour la sieste ou l apero à l ombre du pin La maison est située au fond d une allée donc très calme et sans vis à vis ,très fonctionnelle et lumineuse proche du marché quotidien et de la plage à pieds ou à vélo (prêt de vélos pour courts trajets) Nous gardons l adresse et la recommandons !

La villa est idéalement située à proximité des plages et du marché, permettant de tout faire facilement a pied ou à vélo (2 vélos adultes h/f à disposition). La distribution des pièces est très bien (grand salon lumineux donnant sur cuisine ouverte spacieuse et terrasse munie d’un store). Belles salle d’eau,…bref parfait pour un agréable séjour

Maison propre, fonctionnelle et avec tout l'équipement nécessaire (petit bémol pour la literie qui mériterait un renouvellement). La mise a disposition des vélos est un vrai plus. La situation est juste idéale, à deux pas du petit centre bourg, du marché quotidien et des plages du village... Génial! On s'est senti comme chez nous et n'avons qu'une envie, y retourner.

Quinzaine en famille à La Brée Les Bains

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison de plein pied à La Brée Les Bains. La maison est agréable à vivre, nous avons particulièrement apprécié le grand séjour et la cuisine ouverte. La maison est très bien équipée pour accueillir une famille. La literie mériterait cependant un petit coup de jeune et un store ou un parasol aurait permis de profiter de la terrasse en journée. La maison est en retrait avec un allée privée, donc particulièrement au calme, et avec de la place pour laisser la voiture. La plage la plus proche est à 500m, mais non surveillée et très rapidement rocheuse dès que la mer descend. Pour la baignade, prévoir de marcher 800m pour rallier la plage surveillée de La Brée.

Abschalten und wohlfühlen

Wir waren für zwei Wochen zu Gast von Ende Juli bis Anfang August und waren sehr zufrieden. Das Haus bietet alles was man benötigt, vor allem auch Platz für die Kinder. Alles war sehr modern eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und im Gartenhaus gibt es alles für Garten und Strand. Die Lage des Hauses ist sehr angenehm, da man in 5 Minuten im Ort oder in 8 Minuten auf dem Markt ist. Die Tatsache, dass kein Fernseher vorhanden ist hat uns nicht gestört, Wifi hatten wir uns mobil eingerichtet, wäre nicht schlecht, wenn es vorhanden gewesen wäre, ging aber auch so sehr gut. Alles in allem ein schöner entspannter Urlaub mit viel Platz für die ganze Familie.

Schönes modernes Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage

Der Gesamteindruck des Hauses ist sehr gut. Die Ausstattung ist gut, vor allem Geschirr und Küchenutensilien. Es stehen 5 Fahrräder zur Verfügung, die jetzt im Winter nicht funtionsfähig waren (platte Reifen, keine Pumpe). Der Besitzer kümmert sich direkt bei Problemen. Auf der deutschen Anbieterseite ist ein Fernseher und eine Sonnenbank/Solarium aufgeführt, dass ist allerdings falsch und wird hoffentlich berichtigt. Ansonsten kann man dort einen sehr entspannten Urlaub machen, auch im Winter.

Schönes modernes großes Haus

Neu eingerichtetes Haus, sehr hell mit vielen Fenstern. Allerdings ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. Die Schlafzimmertüren schließen nicht wirklich. Auch könnte man an den Fenstern einfache Schleifenvorhänge anbringen, was gut wäre gegen die Hellhörigkeit, und die Wohnung wäre dadurch auch etwas gemütlicher. Auch war kein Fernseher da, wie angegeben, was uns allerdings nicht störte. Schön ist die Küche; es ist alles großzügig da was gebraucht wird, keine überflüssigen Dinge und kein zusammengestückteltes Geschirr. Wir haben den Aufenthalt und die Nähe zu Ort und Strand sehr genossen. Auch für Radtouren ist die Insel hervorragend geeignet.

Calme et reposant !

Nous avons apprécié le calme et le coté encore sauvage et préservé de la Brée. La maison de Carole est très bien équipée et décorée, à l'écart de tout bruit. La mer à quelques pas permet de faire de belles promenades, et pêches à pied. Le grand jardin a ravi nos deux garçons, qui ont pu en profiter pleinement. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir dans ce logement.

Hâvre de paix et de lumière

C'est probablement la plus belle et la meilleure de nos locations en France et pour cause, tout y a été prévu ; tout d'abord, une implantation en zone de recul par rapport à la rue, ce qui garantit une quiétude en toutes circonstances. Ensuite, une maison parfaitement pensée et équipée, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge, cuisine entièrement équipée, nombreux placards de rangement, wc et pièce d'eau séparés; intimité assurée par des volets à tous les châssis si on le souhaite mais une lumière omniprésente. Une terrasse spacieuse et très bien orientée ... Merci de ce très bon séjour que nous avons passé chez vous !
