Simply brilliant

We had a most enjoyable stay. The property lived up to all expectations. The quality of everything in the house was excellent. The access up a small track was an initial challenge but once we knew where we were going it was fine. The overall location was perfect for us being quiet and private with a fantastic view over the adjoining countryside and the sea. The owners, Eric and Tess were perfect hosts and even brought us complimentary pastries on a number of occasions. Would thoroughly recommend.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Eric: cette vue à 180, de la baie de la Ciotat au village du Castellet est effectivement incroyable. L'extérieur de la maison est typiquement provençal mais l'intérieur est moderne et la maison très bien équipée: salle de bains spacieuse, literie de qualité, cuisine bien équipée, climatisation. Les extérieurs (piscine, terrasses, terrain de boules) sont également très agréables à vivre. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir!

Traumhaft schönes Ferienhaus mit Rundumblick

Das Ferienhaus von Eric ist wirklich das beste, was ich bisher gebucht habe, für 4 Personen perfekt, alles ist modern, sehr gepflegt, funktionell und es ist alles vorhanden was man benötigt. Die Lage dieses Hauses ist einzigartig, es ist ganz oben am Hang und sehr ruhig gelegen und hat nach Norden einen traumhaften Ausblick auf die Weinberge des Bandol und das Massif de Sainte-Baume, nach Westen auf das Meer und die Bucht von Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer und La Ciotat mit tollem Sonnenuntergang, der Pool ist sehr schön, es gibt sogar eine Boule-Bahn mit Beleuchtung. Eric und seine Frau sind tolle Gastgeber, waren sehr flexibel und standen uns mit tollen Tips für Restaurants und besuchenswerte Weingüter zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben mit unseren zwei Kindern (7 und 9) im schmucken Häuschen mit wunderbarer Aussicht eine tolle Woche verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, sodass wir oft dort gekocht/gegrillt und beim Essen die schöne Aussicht genossen haben. Die umliegenden Strände sind mit dem Auto in etwa 10 Min. gut zu erreichen. Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit im Haus von Eric sehr genossen und wären gerne auch noch länger geblieben!

Unvergessliche Tage an einem traumhaften Ort

Wir fanden alles noch viel schöner als auf den Fotos. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll und praktisch eingerichtet. Es fehlt nichts, alles ist vorhanden und in einem top Zustand. Die Aussicht ist spektakulär. Auf der einen Seite sieht man auf die Bucht, das Meer und der Sonnenuntergang war an jedem Abend wieder wunderschön. Auf der anderen Seite sieht man aufs Land und die Berge. Eine herrlich Sicht in die Ferne. Das Pool auch Abends mit der Beleuchtung sehr schön. Wir haben unsere Ferien in Erics Anwesen sehr genossen.

Mooie woning met prachtig uitzicht

Heel nette woning, heel vriendelijke en correcte ontvangst door de gastheer, prachtig uitzicht vanop het terras en naast het zwembad met volledige privacy. De woning is compleet uitgerust, heeft alles wat je op vakantie nodig hebt. De omgeving is heel rustig en mooi. Het dorpje La Cadiere d’azur is heel gezellig met enkele restaurantjes en winkeltjes. Minpuntje is dat alles met de auto moet gebeuren, op het moment dat wij er waren was er in Bandol bijna nooit parkeerplaats dus daar naar zee gaan of op resto was niet mogelijk of we moesten staan wachten tot er een plaats vrij was. Maar dat namen we erbij in ruil voor de mooie locatie en rust. Leuke reis gehad!

Wunderschönes Fleckchen Erde

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Eric. Wunderschönes, sauberes Anwesen mit spektakulären Blicken. Die unterschiedlichen Terrassen mit Sitz/ Liegemöglichkeiten laden zum Speisen/ Trinken/ Sonnenbaden ein. Toller Pool mit spektakulären Ausblicken. Man kann hier wirklich entspannen, aber auch die Gegend erkunden. Abendessen in La Cadière-d'Azur oder Le Castellet. Eric ist ein netter Gastgeber.

Subliem !

De ontvangst was hartelijk. De gastheer, Eric, liet niets aan het toeval over. We zijn toegekomen in een kraaknette woning met een uitzonderlijk zicht op de omgeving (zee en hinterland). Werkelijk alles was voorzien in de woning. Ook terrassen en zwembad waren mooi onderhouden ! De weg naar de woning was wat pittig maar dit raak je heel vlug gewoon en je krijgt er een werkelijk een subliem panorama voor terug! Bedankt aan Eric dat we in dit pareltje even konden logeren !

A Paradise!

Sehr schönes Haus mit genug Platz und voll ausgestatteter Küche in traumhafter Lage. Man schaut von weit oben am Berg hinüber zum Meer und in einem weiten Bogen über das ganze Tal hinweg bis nach Le Castellet, also etwa 180 Grad, und das vom Pool und der Terrasse aus. Überall blüht Oleander. Einfach großartig! Man fühlt sich dem Himmel nah, frei und weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Eric ist ein sehr freundlicher und großartiger Gastgeber, der seine Gäste verwöhnt! Absolut zu empfehlen… Merci Eric!

Herrliches Haus, gemütlich, geschmackvoll und hervorragend ausgestattet. Wunderschöne Terrasse mit schattigem Sitzplatz und grandiosem Meerblick sowie herrlicher Aussicht auf die umliegenden Dörfer. Tout est parfait

Maison en pierre magnifique avec piscine ensoleillée toute la journée ainsi qu'une vue sur la Mer splendide. La maison est Moderne a l 'intérieur et d' une grande propreté et il ne manque rien pour cuisiner et nettoyer. Il y a plusieurs terrasses avec du beau mobilier de jardin d un grand confort. La literie est très confortable également et les salles de bains sont parfaites. Le propriétaire est charmant et plein d intentions ,nous pouvons le contacter si besoin sans problème et il répond rapidement. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette location ou il ne manque rien et nous vous la conseillons .

Magnifique lieu de vacances!

Je conseille vivement cette location où nous avons passé 2 magnifiques semaines. Le cadre est sublime sur les hauteurs de Bandol avec une vue à couper le souffle entre mer et montagne. L’endroit parfait pour se relaxer au bord de la piscine qui donne une vue sur la mer et les vignes, tout en étant à 15min de la plage en voiture. Dans cette villa on est loin des touristes tout en étant proche de grandes villes comme Bandol. La maison est tout confort. Le propriétaire Eric est au top. Très bon accueil.
