And within a radius of 50 kms, the excursions can vary the interest : the Roman city of Narbonne, Cathar castles of the Corbières, the medieval village of Minerve and the city of Carcassonne (located world heritage of UNESCO) as well as natural attractions like the Canal du Midi, Lake Jouarres or the Bages bounds (frequented by migratory birds), and also the regional Park Clape (famous for its scenic hiking trails).

The garden located in front of the house has a private swimming pool secured by an alarm. Around this pool of 6m X 4m, beaches with sun loungers and garden furniture. For security reasons, the barbecue is replaced by a plancha.
