This old bakery, transformed into a beautifully finished house and garden with heated swimming pool, has a large kitchen-diner, 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower/bath. There is not only a wood stove but also oil-fired central heating.

The house is located on the edge of a tiny village on the border of the Dordogne and Haute Vienne and a 10-minute drive from all amenities. In the village itself there is a cozy cafe and a shop with regional products is open twice a week. Almost directly opposite the house is a playing field with facilities for football and table tennis, among other things.

At this holiday home for guests with pets you can enjoy many activities and visit attractions. A sand beach has been created at Lake St Mathieu, a 10-minute drive away. Every day there is a regional market somewhere and almost every Sunday there is a flea market in the area, all year round.
In addition to the swimming lake with sandy beach, there are beautiful authentic villages and towns in the area. Vast and unspoilt nature, greener than green. Centuries-old villages and towns, authentically French. Many castles to visit.

For the active holidaymaker there are great, almost endless walking routes. There are many cycling routes for touring, mountain bike or racing cyclists. Various rivers in the area are suitable for beautiful canoe trips, which can be rented everywhere. There are opportunities for karting and many other outdoor activities within 35/45 driving minutes.

Tired from all the activities and the day is coming to an end, it turns out to be surprisingly nice to relax by the swimming pool in the garden.
