Apartment on the first level (entrance level on R+1 over ground floor) of a two-level residence with 14 apartments, built in 1988, located 50 meters from the ski lifts, set back from the Col des Aravis road, and 3.5 km from the center of LA CLUSAZ. Direct access, behind the residence, on the Combe des Juments trail allowing access to the ski lift and transval 30 m away. 150 m from a free ski bus stop. Quiet, beautiful view of the Etale and Beauregard Massif. Summer: access to a heated private pool (24C°) in the unmonitored residence.

Conforme au descriptif et très bien situé. Attention tout de même car la piste de la combe des juments étant rarement enneigée il faut descendre cette dernière à pied pour prendre le télésiège.

2éme fois que nous réservons avec l'agence et toujours satisfaits. L'appartement est sympathique, conforme à la description et familial. La vue depuis la baie vitrée du salon est superbe. Il est équipé d'une machine à laver et d'un lave vaisselle, pratique pour une famille. Une grande piscine est accessible avec une vue imprenable sur la montagne.

L’appartement était suffisamment spacieux pour ne pas se marcher dessus à 4. J’étais agréablement surprise! Très belle vue sur les montagnes! Eloigné du centre ville ou des cours de ski, il vous faudra la voiture, surtout si la neige n’est pas au rendez-vous comme cette année. Sinon, il y a bien un départ ski aux pieds depuis l’arrière du bâtiment (peut être pas pour débutant par contre)

Séjour agréable à la Clusaz

C'est une location agréable pour 5 personnes,assez fonctionnelle. Une belle vue. Juste deux petites remarques: quand on veut l'eau froide dans la cuisine , elle sort tiède.Au mois d'août c'est un petit peu gênant . L'aspirateur à changer,il ne fait que du bruit,il n'aspire pas: embêtant pour nettoyer une moquette. Nous y avons passé une très bonne semaine.

La qualité de l'appartement très spacieux et bonne prestation Disons qu'il y avait des travaux juste en bas de l'appartement et de 8h à 17h beaucoup de bruit...attention au bois autour de la piscine ma petite fille avait pleins d'échardes au pieds
