Its location on the Beauregard piste gives it one of the best village views in the resort.

Just 700m from the skating rink and the centre of the village, the whole family can make the most of their stay in La Clusaz. The location is ideal in winter for skiers, but also in summer for hikers and mountain bikers. The terraces are very well equipped for a drink as you admire the view, or you could relax in the sun.

There are four separate en suite bedrooms. The living room is very spaceous, and there's an open-plan kitchen and a large table where you can enjoy a meal together. While some of you chat aroud the fire, others can enjoy the sauna on the lower level. Fitness enthusiasts can take to the treadmill while others enjoy the table football.

The ski-in / ski-out location, the high level of comfort and the superb view make Chalet Timan one of the best choices for a truly exceptional La Clusaz experience.

IMPORTANT : the "plancha" and outdoor furniture are available from beginning of May until the end of the French "Toussaint" holiday. PARTIES ARE STRICTLY FORBIDDEN AT THE PROPERTY.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
We require a security deposit of €1,000 via a pre-authentication of your credit or debit card, which does not affect your card balance. The pre-authentication will be released as soon as we’ve checked the property and confirmed there is no damage. This is normally done right after your stay, but it could take up to 14 days after your departure.

PLEASE NOTE
If you cancel your booking and are due a refund, we will deduct any third party payment processing or foreign exchange fees related to the booking that we have been charged from the amount refunded.
