Located at the foot of cross-country ski slopes, 900 meters from the nordic area and Confins lake, 1km from Balme ski lifts and 4 km from the village center. It has the charm of our Savoyard chalets, beautiful and well-designed, where you will spend pleasant vacations. Shuttle stop 50 meters from the chalet.
LIVING ROOM: (tiled) 27 m2, a comfort sofa with armchairs, television, windows and bay windows overlooking a 18 m2 southwest-facing balcony/terrace. Garden furniture.
KITCHEN: (tiled) 4 m2, sink, 4-burner ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment (240L), dishwasher, fondue and raclette appliances, filter and capsule coffee maker, elements with all necessary kitchen equipment.
BATHROOM: (tiled) 3 m2, bathtub, one sink, towel dryer, window. Separate toilet.

Un chalet confortable, bien équipé et très bien situé
Le demi-chalet occupé était spacieux, bien équipé et idéalement situé pour des amateurs de ski de fond, de raquettes ou de balade à pied. Les champs de neige tout autour sont fabuleux pour les enfants (luge) et les chiens.
L'absence de pièce pour les affaires de ski (utilisation de la salle de douche) était partiellement compensée par le garage couvert, dans lequel nous n'avons pas garé les voitures. Heureusement que l'autre demi-chalet n'était pas occupé en même temps.
