It has 2 bedrooms with double beds with fitted wardrobes, a spacious living room, a bathroom with a hydromassage shower cabin and a fully equipped kitchen with steel appliances. The house has heating and also has halogens throughout the house, armored door, recliner sofa and other communities. It is a 5th floor and does not have an elevator.

Todo genial, tal cual las fotos
Perfecto en todo. Cómodo, bien situado, con todo lo necesario para unos días perfectos.

Poco cuidado
Segun ves las fotos el apartamento se ve de lujo. En realidad, tiene todo lo que sale en las fotos, pero los elementos mínimos que se supone que debiera tener un apartamento y no tiene son varios: no hay sartenes, no hay cafetera, no hay microondas, no hay tostadora, no hay mantas... La TV se ve FATAL y olvidaos de llevar alguna consola o "chisme" de entretenimiento porque no tiene conexión HDMI (en la foto la TV parece plana... pero es engañoso porque la imagen no cuadra correctamente en la pantalla y el resto de componentes son antiguos. De hecho tiene que tirar de un aparato TDT para sintonizar canales...). En nuestra estancia no hemos tenido el placer de conocer en persona al propietario pese a contactar vía teléfono con él para que nos supliera con mantas o sartenes ( qué mínimo que interesarse un poco por sus inquilinos o hacer un mínimo acto de presencia). Considero que aunque para salir del paso del tema "mantas" las calefacciones están bien, debería de tener el detalle de disponer, minimo, de unas mantas y unas sartenes (al final nos dejó en el piso UNA sartén bastante estropeada). Añadir que uno de los hedredones tiene machas que dan un poco de "grima", y la otra habitación directamente carece de hedredón. La reserva por Homeway tampoco fue de lo mejorcito ya que tuve que pedir varias veces al propietario que añadiera correctamente las fechas de la reserva. Comentar que el trato con el propietario ha sido cordial en todo momento. En resumen, piso correcto para su precio que ganaría muchos positivos con ciertos elementos de sentido común y al menos un poco de interés por parte del propietario. Elena Arregi
