Very nice, quiet cottage in a countryside setting but close to all amenities. Completely refurbished, and very comfortable, with an area of 50m2. Large fitted kitchen open to the living room with American bar (dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, senseo, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer, cleaning products available. A large living room with a large TV, and a convertible corner sofa. A bedroom with bathroom + an independent bathroom. Behind a small garden with a large terrace and arbor, not overlooked is independent of 40m2. From June to September, a spa is installed in the garden to relax after a day on the beach or visiting. Electric shutter and air conditioning. The accommodation is located in a complex of 3 independent dwellings, with its own entrance and a parking space for a passenger vehicle (large single-seaters and trucks can park in a free car park at 10m).
It is located in a quiet countryside setting, but close to all amenities, motorways and the largest shopping area in the Var. Located between Hyères and Toulon, the town of La Crau is 10 minutes from the beaches of Carqueiranne and Pradet.
