Trés moyen
Residence assez bien entretenue dans l ensemble, a 3 minutes de la mer a pied. Énormément de bruits tout au long de la nuit meme en etant a l ecart du village (camions de livraison en pleine nuit qui fait bip bip, motos a fond la caisse, grosses voitures qui font la course, les maisons voisines font la fête sans limites d heure...). Pour ce qui est de l appartement, celui ci n est pas entretenu ! Le mobilier est vieux et a moindre coût, les matelas sont vieux et de très mauvaise qualité, le lit jumeaux du haut est inaccessible car il n y a pas d echelle. Le rideau de douche est crasseux et sent l urine...il y avait encore du fromage sur la râpe accrochée au mur. Bref. Nous ne reviendrons pas.
