The lower level of this villa has been completely renovated and superbly furnished to a very high standard. Located in a highly sought-after area, 1 km from Gigaro beach, it offers a stunning view of the sea and the islands.
Inside, approximately 70 m² of living space is on one level, comprising a living room and a modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen. There are two bedrooms with king-size beds and two shower rooms. Outside, a spacious terrace is furnished for summer meals and aperitifs, complete with sun loungers, garden furniture, a dining table, parasols, and access to the garden. The setting is idyllic and will ensure an unforgettable holiday. Linen rental is available. Final cleaning is available for an additional fee (€100).

Très belle propriété, avec l'entièreté de la partie au niveau jardin (-1 par rapport à la route) très confortable et son équipement hyper complet et de qualité. Superbe vue sur la baie de Gigaro, aménagements extérieurs de très bon goût. Très belle cuisine actuelle et chambres parfaites. Mention particulière pour l'efficacité du système de climatisation qui fonctionne très bien, ainsi qu'à l'équipement des stores/bannes solaires ... . Proximité de la plage à 10 minutes à pied, attention le chemin est assez escarpé. Sinon prendre la voiture, il y a un parking payant à la journée près de la plage. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances, trop courtes malheureusement. Nous recommandons.
