We loved the layout of the reception area. Every single staff person was friendly and helpful. We ate our evening meal there and were impressed. The hotel was close to river walks, other impressive restaurants, coffee shops. Rooms were clean and spacious.

Disappointed in house keeping. No hair conditioner in the dispenser both days. 2nd day sinks were not cleaned. Bed made but decorative pillows still on the floor-thought it would be made up as if we were just arriving as in the case for most hotel stays The front desk girl this morning certainly didn’t seem to care. Printed my receipt but no thank you or how was the stay? Not very professional in my opinion

We stayed at the historic Charmant in downtown lacrosse, wi for my granddaughters wedding. We came from Florida. The staff was gracious and accommodating.It was quiet and peaceful. I loved the historical nature. We did not receive a free breakfast. I received coins…two for coffee and 5 other coins to apply to bills in the hotel. Lovely, memorable stay.
