SĂ©jour globalement dĂ©cevant Ă  cause d’un manque d’honnĂȘtetĂ© et de professionnalisme de la part de l’hĂŽte.Aucune information ne m’a Ă©tĂ© communiquĂ©e concernant un Ă©ventuel mĂ©nage Ă  effectuer ni sur des frais associĂ©s avant mon dĂ©part. Pourtant, aprĂšs le sĂ©jour, l’hĂŽte m’a facturĂ© 80 de frais de mĂ©nage, ce qui est totalement injustifiĂ©. J’ai laissĂ© le logement dans un bon Ă©tat : vaisselle faite, appartement rangĂ©, seul le sol restait Ă©ventuellement Ă  nettoyer. De plus, l’hĂŽte a tenu des propos contradictoires et mensongers. Il a indiquĂ© Ă  Abritel m’avoir informĂ© d’un forfait mĂ©nage, ce qui est faux. Il m’a Ă©galement affirmĂ© qu’Abritel proposait ce forfait et que je l’aurais refusĂ©, ce qui est Ă©galement faux.Enfin, nous avons dĂ» attendre environ 1 heure pour le check-in en raison d’un retard liĂ© Ă  un embouteillage, ce qui manque de souplesse.Points positifs tout de mĂȘme : l’hĂŽte nous a bien conseillĂ©s sur les restaurants et les activitĂ©s Ă  faire dans la rĂ©gion. Le logement est Ă©galement joliment dĂ©corĂ©, mĂȘme s’il reste peu fonctionnel.Je recommande vivement aux futurs voyageurs de bien clarifier Ă  l’avance toutes les conditions (mĂ©nage, frais, paiement) afin d’éviter ce type de mauvaise surprise.
