In the heart of the Provençal countryside, just ten minutes from the classified village of La Garde-Adhémar, this house offers tranquillity, authenticity and a beautiful view over the RhÎne Valley.
On a tree-lined plot of 4,000 mÂČ with an orchard, you will enjoy an old-fashioned pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, depth 1.30 m) secured by a bar cover, a summer kitchen and a shaded terrace. Garden furniture, barbecues (charcoal + electric plancha) and two bicycles are available.
This Provençal farmhouse of 130mÂČ can accommodate up to 8 people for an ideal stay with family or friends.
Ground floor:
- A dining room with open and equipped kitchen (Nespresso coffee machine)
- A bright living room,
- A bedroom with 2 x single beds (80cm)
- A bathroom and separate toilet
