Charming cottage , secluded property with pool and garden - beaches nearby

The owners settled here in 2021 after living more than 15 years in the Bay Area. Their goal is to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Please watch the video for a complete description of the property.


The studio is about 25 m2 and features a separate bedroom, cooking and dining area - Enjoy the patio and your private front yard for outdoor dining. Barbecue provided. The pool is 9 x4 and right in front of your windows - To preserve all guests' peace, it is accessible from 8 am until 10 pm. The owners and 2 other guest houses share the pool and garden.
A protected biking path nearby allows you to bike to Hyeres / Toulon and all beaches in about 20 minutes. You can park your car on site or use public transportation (Toulon Train station is 20 minutes by direct bus). A lot to explore in Provence outside of the beaches, old villages, markets and a fascinating museum about "debarquement de Provence" (the second D day).
The owner is a French teacher and cooking instructor - One on one classes can be organized upon request.

netter Bungalow, aber sehr schmutzig.

Netter Bungalow in gepflegtem Garten mit Pool. Aber sehr schmutzig, schwarze Spinnweben von allen Decken, fleckige Teppichböden, Duschvorhang und Klodeckel kaputt, Fußboden im Bad total aufgequollen so dass Bodenplatten ab und rausstehen, bei Starkregen regnet es in der Küche rein, Polster mit Stockflecken, Bungalow nichts abschließbar, Katzen kommen ins Haus (Achtung Allergiker)

Excellent séjour dans un endroit magique!

Très beau bungalow, bien organisé et propre. Il justifie totalement son nom car la décoration est sur le thème de San Francisco. Lit confortable (mais en 140 seulement !). Jardin et piscine magnifiques, on a l’impression d’être dans une oasis de verdure. Wifi très rapide et parfaite pour identifier les très nombreuses visites à faire dans les environs. Les anses de Magaud et Mejean offrent une vue incroyable et sont accessibles à pied en moins de 30 minutes. Grâce a la piste cyclable, nous avons pu aller prendre le petit déjeuner sur le port de Toulon en vélo. Accueil très chaleureux de nos hôtes Beatrice et Bernard. Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir l’an prochain.
