This former barn has been completely renovated by an architect and is divided into two independent gîtes connected by double interior doors.
Secure private parking is available on the property. A laundry room is located in an outbuilding with a washing machine and dryer.
South-facing wooden terrace with a spa overlooking a 330 m² enclosed garden.
Ground floor: spacious and bright living room of 70 m² and 25 m² with fitted kitchens opening onto the living rooms and two separate toilets.
Upstairs: two bedrooms with a queen-size bed, two bedrooms with two single beds, one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a single bed, three shower rooms, and two separate toilets. Additional amenities: Wi-Fi, Bluetooth speaker, freezer, baby cot/high chair.
