This was a very nice hotel. Others have said it needed updates, but honestly, it’s probably people who expect other countries out of this one. This is a great hotel if you want to be with the locals instead of the Tourist areas. Bring chargers with USB because USB ports and outlets are more prevalent. The place is beautiful outside and we didn’t spend too much time inside. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was served almost daily, and the staff are very accommodating towards requests. It’s walking distance to the beach and has several hammocks, hangout spots and bathrooms around the property. The front desk will call a taxi for you if requested, which is also nice. It was an amazing stay overall.

I think this property is probably a little underrated. Went to stay one night and ended up extending for another because the view is amazing. The room itself is really nice and had a great balcony. Some of the downsides were no hot water. The shower sprayed in every direction other than the one you wanted, it was rusted out. A fair amount of broken tiles and imperfections,But the beautiful pools and the layout of the property with an amazing beach that you can walk on without seeing anyone for whole sections is incredible. I definitely want to come back to this place. One small critique I have for the staff is that they tended to let a young man who Thought everyone wanted to listen to rap music blasted at unrealistically loud volume around the pool. Other than that, I could stay here for weeks it was a beautiful property with a good breakfast and a very nice staff. My room was clean and the view was amazing. For Westerners just know that in this area it’s common for the staff to have a security guard on duty walking around with at least a shotgun maybe a submachine gun. I talked to the guy at least casually. He is really nice, but it could be shocking for somebody from the western world.

Room with not hand and wash towells in the room, no hanger towells, we had to plug in the lamps, the odor in the facilities is horrible, we had to request the towelles at the reception. Only one mirror in the bathroom area and in the room, the shower sprinkle water all over but your body. There was a noise leak in the bathroom. The building definitely needs some TLC. The staff in the restaurant was kind. The food was ok. I don’t recommend this place!
