Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Property listing was a bit high compared to expectations. However, the service provided by Carlos who is onsite in the property was excellent. He was highly attentive and was always available for help or services required from us. He was very resourceful, creative, and more importantly, did everything with a smile on his face. If we had a personal property elsewhere, i would take Carlos with me and pay him double if possible!
