Asco y estafa.

Una vergĆ¼enza de lugar. Te venden una cosa y entregan otra: no respetaron la habitaciĆ³n pagada y el cuarto que me dieron estaba en condiciones deplorables. BaƱo con restos de jabĆ³n viejo, cabellos ajenos, olor asqueroso y cero cuidado en la limpieza. Es una burla este hospedaje.

No lo recomiendo.

PĆ©sima experiencia. Pagamos por una habitaciĆ³n que jamĆ”s nos dieron y lo que entregaron fue un cuarto sucio, mal cuidado y con un olor insoportable. Las paredes llenas de telaraƱas y el lugar daba mĆ”s la impresiĆ³n de un almacĆ©n abandonado que de un hotel. Un motel cualquiera hubiera estado mĆ”s limpio y digno. Es una burla cobrar por un servicio que no cumplen y ofrecer instalaciones en tan mal estado. Vergonzoso.

Desafortunadamente llegamos cerca de las 11 de la noche al Hotel , y el encargado del mismo no le notificĆ³ al velador que tenĆ­a una reservaciĆ³n para nosotros y fue todo un caos hacer vĆ”lida . Nuestra reservaciĆ³n . Tuvimos que reportar a la compaƱƭa , sĆ³lo porque el encargado de ver las reservaciones hechas a travĆ©s de la aplicaciĆ³n , no notificar al personal que se queda a cargo del Hotel. DespuĆ©s de la atenciĆ³n de los representantes de la compaƱƭa pudimos descansar, pero si fue algo molesto tener que recurrir a la intervenciĆ³n de los representantes, cuando se debe dejar la reservaciĆ³n abierta, lleguemos los clientes o no
