This classic 1-bedroom, 560-square-foot bungalow has everything you need for a memorable stay. Whether you're planning a romantic getaway, a relaxing beach vacation, or a personal retreat, this inviting home offers the perfect place to unwind.



The bright and spacious living room features high-vaulted wood ceilings, a skylight, beach-inspired décor, comfortable seating, a ceiling fan, and a 42” Smart TV—the perfect spot to relax with a movie after a day at the beach. Free YouTube TV is also included. The living room features a queen-size pull-out sofa, while the bedroom offers a comfortable king-size bed. Two beach cruisers are also available for guests to enjoy.


Beautiful hardwood floors, updated appliances, and stylish furnishings throughout the home create a warm, welcoming, and serene atmosphere. The great room also includes a dining table with seating for four.


The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, a modern backsplash, and all the essentials you need to prepare meals during your stay. A charming breakfast nook provides the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while breakfast is being prepared. We also provide a Keurig coffee maker and complimentary K-cups.



The spacious and thoughtfully designed bedroom features vaulted ceilings, calming décor, a 40” Smart TV, ceiling fan, and plenty of natural light. The private ensuite bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. Whether you're taking an afternoon nap or curling up with a good book, this peaceful space makes it easy to slow down and relax.


For added comfort, the home is equipped with individual A/C wall units in the main living area and bedroom, each controlled by its own wireless remote.

The beach is just a quick stroll away, where you can relax in the sand, rent kayaks, explore the caves, or take a surf lesson. You'll also find amazing local restaurants, surf shops, and convenience stores just steps from the home.



To make your beach days even easier, we provide beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, a wagon, surfboards, and a beach umbrella. One off-street parking space is also included.

Quiet neighborhood: This home is located in a peaceful residential neighborhood and is best suited for quiet groups. Our rental agreement has a strict no-tolerance policy regarding excessive noise, unauthorized occupancy, and parties. Deposit forfeitures and/or eviction are strictly enforced. Please make sure you are comfortable with these policies before booking.

Pets: Dogs are welcome with a one-time $150 pet fee. No cats are permitted.
