The house is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath home with a lovely spacious living room that overlooks both the tree lined street and into the back garden area.
The living room has a large screen TV and lots of comfortable seating.
The floors are all hardwood throughout the home.
The primary bedroom has a King size bed, large screen TV and plenty of storage for clothes etc.
The ensuite bathroom features a bidet, with walk in shower.
The Guest bedroom has a Queen size bed, a view out into the street and lots of closet space.
The ensuite has a shower/tub combo.
The third bedroom has two single beds and a small half bath ensuite.
You will find two more rooms at the back of house that has a full size bed and 2 twin beds and one full bath with walk-in shower.
The kitchen is well stocked with all your cooking needs and is adjacent to the dining room that seats six.
Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

This is an older home w some unique features. Very comfortable. Quiet and safe neighborhood. You can even get a glimpse of the ocean from the front window. Close to Windansea beach and shops in Bird Rock. Fenced in grassy back yard that was great for our dog. This was our second stay here and would do it again.

House is in a beautiful La Jolla neighborhood with views of the ocean from the front door. Love the historic charm of the house, old floors, doors, fixtures, etc. Kitchen and master bath need some plumbing fixture updates but overall this place did not disappoint.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house. Everything was just perfect and the location is amazing, a few steps from the ocean. Smooth contact and easy check in/out I recommend!
