Gîte Marron Sous Les Pins

On our agricultural property "Sous Les Pins" you will be accommodated in one of our three semi-detached gites of 45 m², labeled 4 * completely renovated with terrace and access to our swimming pool with a clear view towards the hill and the vineyards, while being 900 meters from the city center of Londe les Maures.

You will find 3 announcements concerning us for our 3 lodgings with very different decoration.
The first is in shades of brown chic style, the second in shades of blue Scandinavian style, and the third in shades of gray industrial style.

This announcement is for the brown gîte!

We are 900 meters from the city center (restaurants, shops ...), the beaches or the port are 3.5 km away, you can go there on foot or by bike via the green track, which passes by our house , safely. A bus stop is 400 meters away.

The air-conditioned gîte with wifi consists of:

* a large, very clear room with a very large bay window of 210 cm, with 2 quality beds on a sofa bed, a 40 inch flat screen TV (100 cm).

* a bedroom on the mezzanine with a 140 cm * 190 cm double bed.

* a real open kitchen equipped with microwave oven, gas hob, oven, extractor hood, fridge + freezer, coffee maker, table and chairs for dining for 4.

* a bathroom with window and mosquito net, with a large 160 * 90 cm shower, basin and storage units, wall hung wc, and washing machine.

You have the terrace in front. You have places to park, and also put a boat or other trailer.

The 12m * 5m pool, in basin style, is strictly reserved for the tenants of the cottages.
