The most resonable place to stay.

My room was clean. The hotel seemed full of guests. The guests were enjoying themselves. The coffee was good. The reception was good. There was a bit of rifraf going on outside on Thursday night. Other than that, everything was great.

Upon check the woman at the front desk was very rude to my husband. She gave him a hard time because of my Service Animal. I had papers for my SA but I was in the hospital at the time of check in and wasn’t getting discharged till later on that evening. Housekeeping services are not great when you have an extended period of time your staying. The hotel requires you to leave the room until they are done cleaning. But they only give you a 5 minute heads up to leave. The room that I was in did not have hot water to even take a shower. The complex smelled of smoke but yet there are signs posted that say no smoking. The fridge in the room was rusted and dirty. It froze all my food, even though I turned it all the way down. This place was just terrible all around. They offer complementary coffee that is never there.

My door didn’t shut all the way from having been kicked in previously, I could see light and feel a breeze coming through the bottom half. There was nasty paper towel stuffed into the peephole. My shower had no water whatsoever the first time I went to use it. Cops showed up the first night about people verbally assaulting employees. People played music in the parking lot in the middle of the night so loud the second night that everyone there was woken up. I was yelled at by an employee for having yelled at the person in the parking lot that woke everyone up. I would give this place a negative review if I could. NEVER AGAIN

Rough night. Gave me one bed instead of 2, sent me to another room which was not clean when I entered. Sent me to a third room with one bed, but the sheets had "marks" on them. Settled on a 4th room w/one bed. Plugs did not work and the wall heater is loud. But not louder than the blaring tv next door that staff had been battling all day. Cops came additional 2x while I was there, as well as hotel security to confront the addict next to our room. Cancelled our 2nd night. Staff said I would have to go online to ask for refund, but when I did, I was already refunded.

For one the key cards kept failing the the TV was ancient and unresponsive to the remote needed maintenance to get it to work well there from the third to the sixth the sheets we’re never changed. Staff was polite and helpful. It’s a need of a lot of TLC.
