This hotel is 50 yards from Interstate 8, a major east west thoroughfare, so the noise is significant. The room was clean but had old mismatched furniture and mostly non-functional electrical outlets. Bring your own extension cords. Despite these obvious problems, the place had a down to earth vibe and is nearby many fast food and other restaurants. Also, being freeway close is convenient for transportation by car.

The rooms have a smell like animal urine and cockroaches and other bugs were running around the room. Beds were clean and no bedbugs though. There is a refrigerator but no microwave. Parking is limited and small spots so dont come back too late or you will have to park at an adjacent mall parking and walk back.

Some front desk staff helpful and friendly. Bedding very old, furniture falling apart drawers don’t stay closed, had to remind staff for 10 days before receiving a functional phone in the room, housekeeping did not clean or re stock for two days, no towels available, homeless/transient people roaming around property every day had to chase one from hiding behind my car smoking meth, male sleeping on exterior stairs to the second floor, cig smoking everywhere on elevator, in front of my rm door I could go on. None of my fair polite notices I gave were acknowledged with any apology or rate reduction. We weren’t seeking anything but it’s bothersome all you get is “I’ll leave a note about it” and still keep reminding staff of same issue, waited 2 days for plunger toilet backed up smelling awful couldn’t use but mainly security. There is security after a very time I won’t mention yet every time I went outside or returned from job assignment somebody nodding off in middle of very tight limited parking lot. If wasn’t right near work area or if I had family or kids here I would’ve checked right back out. I added pic of a male I reported hanging around smoking asking for cigarettes then was laying sprawled out across stairs.

Room was infested with bed bugs and roaches and smelled like wet dog. It was absolutely disgusting. Never been to such a filthy hotel. I couldn’t even sleep. I requested a different room and they said i had an attitude. I didn’t. I was just in shock and disgust.

Good for one night’s sleep

Needed a bed to sleep in while a family member was admitted into a local hospital and couldn’t make the two-hour drive home. It served its purpose but will likely not stay there again. The location was great—right off/next to the freeway with plenty of food options and a Costco nearby. It’s a little tricky to get to since it’s nestled between an odd and off ramp for the freeway. It is an older property and a lower cost option, but you get what you pay for.
