The bungalow is located in a quiet residential complex about 2 km from the tourist center Corralejo and another 2 km to the long beaches 'Grandes Playas Dunas de Corralejo'. The bungalow is top-equipped: with 'TEMPUR mattresses' -2x2 m- in the large bedroom and 2 further bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is equipped with ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, oven (all AEG - or Siemesgeräte) and all necessary electrical appliances (toaster, coffee maker, food processor ...) and equipped with a sitting set (2 chairs / 1 table). In the dining area of ​​the living room is a 1.5 x 1 m long table with 4 chairs and a high chair (STOKKE). The living area has a sitting set made of genuine leather. The large LG TV receives German satellite TV. All furniture of the house is made of solid beech. The garden area can be shaded by a marquee. There are 4 chairs, 1 round table, 1 table and 2 teak sunbeds. Stokke high chair, and cot are available. The house is a Non smoking house and pets are not allowed. Free WiFi is offered.

Gemütliches Haus im Norden von Fuerteventura

Sehr guter persönlicher Kontakt mit dem Vermieter. Das Haus liegt in einem Vorort von Corralejo und es handelt sich um keine reine Ferienhaussiedlung. Die Fotos in der Anzeige sind authentisch. Es ist gut ausgestattet, hervorzuheben sind die guten Elektrogeräte. Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, ansonsten gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Corralejo. Eine Buslinie ist vorhanden, wir empfehlen jedoch einen Mietwagen.

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus, liebevoll und geschmackvoll bis ins kleinste Detail eingerichtet, alles bestens, ein großzügiger Garten und Terrasse mit viel Grün in ruhiger Lage und mit hervorragender Kommunikation mit dem Hausbesitzer!! Ein ganz entspannter wunderbarer Urlaub!

Wir haben unseren zwei wöchigen Urlaub in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Zustand entspricht voll und ganz den Bildern, sodass man keine Angst vor bösen Überraschungen haben muss! Das Haus ist komplett eingezäunt, was klasse mit kleinen Kindern war. Besonders zu erwähnen ist der wunderschöne Garten samt Terrasse! Es mangelte an nichts bei der Ankunft. (Toilettenpapier, Küchenpapier, Filtertüten, Gewürze, Öle, Seife, Spüli, Geschirrspültabs usw waren vorhanden; das kennen wir so nicht und fanden es als Einstieg super.) Hervorheben möchten wir auch die hervorragende Kommunikation seitens des Eigentümers, der stets einen Rat oder Tipp hatte und wenn möglich für Abhilfe sorgte. Das machte ein sicheres und wirklich gutes Wohngefühl. Zudem möchten wir uns für das so flexible Entgegenkommen am Abreisetag bedanken; es hat uns unheimlich geholfen! Mietwagen ist ratsam, da man zwar relativ zentral ist, jedoch für den Einkauf oder Strand doch einen kurzen Fahrtweg hat. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Liebe Grüße Familie S. aus Bremen

Das Feriendomizil ist sehr zu empfehlen.Der Vermieter ist sehr professionell und erfahren.Guter Kontakt per Whats app.Das Haus besitzt alles, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt.Ein Mietwagen ist obligatorisch,da das Objekt einige Kilometer,ca.10km,von Corralejo und den schönen Strandabschnitten entfernt liegt.Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig erreichbar.

" Besser wird schwierig "

wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :Küche perfekt ausgestattet, Wohnzimmer gemütlich , Fernseher mit allen deutschen Programmen , Schlafzimmer mit bequemen Betten , Badezimmer mit Dusche und Wanne. Highlight war die Terrasse ,wo du den Tag ausklingen und bis spät Abends verweilen konntest. Supermarkt im Ort vorhanden und in 5 Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Corralejo wo es dann alles gibt. Den Bungalow kann man guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

Sonne, Ruhe und Entspannung

Wir haben unsere Urlaubswoche in dem Haus genossen. Das Haus ist geräumig, voll ausgestattet und perfekt gepflegt. Die Betten sind super bequem, was für uns ein wichtiges Kriterium war. Der Vermieter ist sehr bemüht und kontaktfreudig. Das Ein -und Auschecken ist unkompliziert. Wenn Sie Ruhe und Erholung suchen, ist dies der ideale Ort. In der Nähe der Strände und der Stadt Corralejo aber abseits vom Trubel und Lärm. Das Haus kann ich wärmsten empfehlen.

Spitzenferienhaus auf Fuerteventura

Der Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus war eine wunderschöne Zeit und bereits vor Anreise hatte der Vermieter freundlicherweise sehr hilfreiche Informationen übersendet, auch im Zusammenhang mit dem Qr-Code, dem Anfahrtsweg, etc. Somit fühlte man sich von Beginn an sehr aufgehoben und freute sich auf den Urlaub. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man sich wünschen kann. Sehr angenehme Betten, Küche voll ausgestattet. Sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und die Fotos stimmen 1:1 mit der Realität überein. Für mich gab es nichts zu bemängeln. Tolle Terrasse, die schon morgens zum Sonnen einlädt aber auch Schatten bietet. Einkaufsmöglichkeit fussläufig in der Nähe, dort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Hervorzuheben ist der sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter, der Aufenthalt war einfach spitze! Ich komme definitiv wieder. Ich kann dieses Ferienhaus wärmstens empfehlen. Danke für diese schöne Zeit!!

Absolutely lovely place to stay

We regularly visit Fuerteventura and prefer to stay in La Capellania - as it provides an excellent balance between off-tourist accommodation and closeness to everything that the north of the island can offer. This villa is a gem - comfortable and lovely furnished. The owner is amazingly friendly and keen to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Many thanks!

Fuerteventura zum Kennenlernen

Da ich in Lanzarote für längere Zeit war, bot es sich an, mit der Fähre nach Fuerteventura überzusetzen. Für mich zum ersten Mal Fuerteventura. Der Kontakt mit dem sehr zuvorkommenden Vermieter verlief reibungslos über Whats App. Das Haus ist genau wie beschrieben, an alles gedacht und sehr geräumig. Wenn durch den Wind die Eingangstür klappern sollte, auch ein Holzkeil befindet sich im Schlüsselkasten, hat mir sehr geholfen😊. Corralejo hat mir übrigens auch sehr gut gefallen und war mit dem Auto in 10 min. zu erreichen. Im eigentlichen Zentrum des Ortes viele Restaurants, Bars und kleinere Strandabschnitte und die großen Sanddünen etwas außerhalb. Für jeden etwas dabei, vor allem für Surfer und Kitesurfer. Zum Finden des Objektes bei Fewo auf Google maps gehen, aber nach dem Kreisel nicht wie angesagt weiter geradeaus, sondern nach höchstens 10m rechts einbiegen, dann die zweite links, sonst muss man entgegen der Einbahnstraße am Objekt einfahren. Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, vielen Dank!

Ruhiges Haus abseits des Touristenrummels

Schönes großes Haus mit tollen Terrassenhof ohne Einsicht von außen. Es war alles vorhanden, ein großer Fernseher, eine gut ausgestattete Küche, eine Waschmaschine und viele Extras. Der Vermieter Herr Rösch hat sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Es war perfekt für einen schönen Urlaub. Es wäre schön gewesen, wenn auch eine Grillmöglichkeit vorhanden gewesen wäre. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder.

Schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage...

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt, liegt in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung kurz vor Corralejo, der deutsche Besitzer hat das großzügige Haus wirklich schön eingerichtet, von der gut ausgestatteten Küche über das Wohnzimmer mit dt. SAT-TV, WLAN, Musik etc. , die Super-Betten, der nette Garten... Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt, sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer. Klare Weiterempfehlung !!! (P.S.: Man sollte einen nicht zu großen Leihwagen nehmen, Einfahrt ist etwas schmal, auch weil der Nachbar von gegenüber immer so parkt, daß man kaum aus der Einfahrt kommt...)

Une maison confortable et personnalisée

Une maison avec tout le confort.. et même beaucoup plus ! Le propriétaire a choisi un équipement de grande qualité (cuisine, literie, TV, etc...) et tout est très soigné. C'est une maison parfaite pour une petite famille avec de l'espace, des jeux et de l'intimité. Un petit moins : l'arrivée dans le labyrinthe (!) des rues toutes semblables et en sens unique... et pas d'accueil sur place. Mais le propriétaire est très attentif et vous répond immédiatement. A recommander.

Well equipped and spotless in quiet location

Had a very enjoyable and very relaxing 2 weeks at the villa and everything was as we had been informed by Thomas. All equipment was of a high standard and good loungers and seating outside along with cushions. Essential to have a car to get around - we have been in this area several times before so would highly recommend a car. The supermarket is within walking distance and has quite a good selection. Another supermarket is in Lajares which is a short distance away and good to visit. A bus can take you down to Corralejo for restaurants at 1830 or 1930 and then a taxi back (around 7 euros). Thomas was a great host and gave a lot of good information prior to our visit and always available.

Conforme en tout point

Totalement conforme à la description. Le logement possède tout le nécessaire pour profiter pleinement du séjour & celui-ci est totalement conforme à le description. Le logement est propre et fonctionnel et le propriétaire très à l’écoute et très disponible. Du moment que vous avez une voiture, le logement est idéalement placé pour visiter tout le nord de l’île & bénéficier de la station balnéaire de Corralejo sans les inconvénients.

Es fehlte wirklich nichts. Selbst Nähzeug war vorhanden. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen war die Entfernung zum Strand. Mit dem Auto alles kein Problem, fußläufig keine Chance. Dafür ist ein Supermarkt im Gelände. Auch wenn ein Pool ein Traum wäre, volle Punktzahl und vielen Dank an Herrn Rösch für die wirklich liebevolle Betreuung!!!!

Komplette Ausstattung, sympathischer Vermieter

Das Haus liegt in einer Urbanisation ca. 3 km von Corralejo entfernt. Ein Auto sollte man schon haben. Dann ist man schnell in Corralejo (Dünen und Strand), in El Cotillo (Strand, Wanderweg entlang der Steilküste, Restaurants mit Meerblick usw.) sowie in Villaverde (3 typische spanische Restaurants) und kann auch sonst die Umgebung mit ihren Vulkanen erkunden. In Lajares sehr guter Supermarkt, wir haben ausschließlich da eingekauft. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Vom Surfbrett/Surfanzug (haben wir nicht gebraucht) bis zum Nähzeug und Heftpflaster (haben wir gebraucht) ist alles vorhanden. Angenehm auch, daß nahezu alle dt. TV Programme verfügbar waren. Im Übrigen ist das Haus sehr sauber. Note 1 für den Vermieter. Er war immer sofort erreichbar und kümmert sich um alles bzw. veranlaßt Abhilfe. Doch eigentlich hatten wir praktisch kaum etwas. Der Kontakt riß auch nach unserer Abreise nicht ab.

Angenehmer Aufenthalt im Casa Volcan

Das Haus liegt ruhig in einer Urbanisation. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell an den Stränden (Dünen) in Corralejo und auch in El Cotillo. So kann man auch einige gute Restaurants in der Umgebung anfahren. Das Haus selbst ist gut ausgestattet. Eigentlich so gut, daß es an nichts fehlt. Vom Staubsauger bis zum Heftpflaster und Nähzeug: Alles da und alles funktioniert. Auch ein Surfbrett war da, brauchten wir aber nicht. Absolute Spitze ist der Vermieter. Ist jederzeit erreichbar, kümmert sich um alles sofort. Note 1. Vielen Dank. Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. S. und E. Röttger

Entspannung und Erholung

Wir waren über den Jahreswechsel 2018/2019 auf Fuerteventura und haben uns bewußt für ein Domizil etwas abseits des Touristentrubels entschieden. Das Haus liegt in einer reinen, ruhigen Wohnsiedlung etwa 5-10 Minuten von den touristischen Hotspots Corralejo's entfernt. Somit konnten wir abens in Corralejo ausgehen und genossen die Ruhe und die Sauberkeit der Unterkunft. Das Haus ist zweckmäßig und vollkommen ausreichend eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Das Preis-/Leisungsverhältnis ist somit mehr als gut. Wer keinen Pool benötigt und Ruhe mag, wird sich hier sehr wohl fühlen. In gut 1 Minute ist man auf der Schnellstrasse (von der man aber nichts hört), die Corralejo mit der Inselhauptstadt und dem Flughafen verbindet. Der Vermieter hat uns ab der Buchung hervorragend begleitet und auch eine sehr gute Wegbeschreibung zur Verfügung gestellt. Diese ist bei der Erstanfahrt sehr sinnvoll, um nicht in den kleinen Anliegerstrassen den Überblick zu verlieren. Alles in allem: Daumen hoch und eine klare Empfehlung!

Schmuckes Feriendomizil

Gut eingerichtetes, sauberes, gut gepflegtes Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Corralejo, im Norden der Insel. Wir wurden vom Besitzer bestens mit Videos auf die Zufahrt zum Haus und Verschiedenes im Haus hingewiesen. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit Freunden weiterempfehlen. Herr Rösch hat sich bestens um uns gekümmert.
