Eco House in Unique Environment
This welcoming and spacious eco-farm is located in the highlands of La Orotava. A beautiful place to connect with nature in a peaceful and tranquil environment. You will be able to enjoy a wonderful stay in a green setting with plenty of space, in the centre of the island and with spectacular views over the entire valley.
The space is distributed as follows:
Once you access the dwelling through the main gate, you will find a spacious porch with a bench where you can enjoy views of part of the island and the sea. Upon entering the house, you will find the cosy living room with a sofa, a small table, a decorative fireplace and Smart TV. To the left you will see a dining table with four seats and, at the back, the kitchen with all the necessary utensils so you can cook your own menu. The dwelling has three bedrooms: two beautiful and rustic rooms with a double bed and built-in wardrobe and a room with a bunk bed, bedside table and built-in wardrobe. In this same room you will find a fully equipped bathroom and a sink, which also has a laundry area.
The dwelling is located within a beautiful and spacious ecological estate with extensive gardens. To access the rest of the areas, next to the main gate there is a staircase that will take you to the greenest area of this lovely estate. All of this environment has a rural and welcoming touch that gives essence and great value to the space. When strolling through these areas, you can see many trees, many of them fruit trees. Furthermore, it has certain storage spaces for firewood that you can use to add more flavour to your dishes on the magnificent barbecue that it offers. It is an ideal area to enjoy a picnic, do sports, read in the shade of the trees, or simply enjoy the peace that this place conveys.
Likewise, this property has a magical place: it is an old water tank that has been renovated and decorated with rustic furnishings and is used as a barbecue area, leisure space and meeting place. It is a perfect setting to enjoy a delicious meal in an ideal location with plenty of charm.
For security reasons, both the wood-fired oven and the fireplace will be unavailable for use by our guests. However, you will no be able to use the magnificent barbecue using the firewood from the property itself.
Since it is a dwelling located on an eco-farm, you will have complete privacy to enjoy your stay.
We remind you that check-in will be in person, so we need you to provide an arrival time as accurate as possible so we can coordinate the key handover.

Las Medianías belongs to the upper area of the municipality of La Orotava, where the Teide National Park is located, being the highest municipality and with the greatest elevation difference on the entire island of Tenerife. It has beautiful landscapes, delicious traditional gastronomy and good weather.
Although it may seem that the area could be far from the centre, nothing could be further from the truth. The property is just a 10-minute drive from the town centre. The journey is very pleasant accompanied by a green natural landscape. On this same road you will find many of the famous guachinches. These are typical Canarian food restaurants that have delicious home-cooked food at very good prices. Furthermore, in the area you will find some paths that connect with beautiful natural parks on the island.
It is important to note that the nearest stop is about 30 minutes' walk from the property, so if you do not wish to walk much, we recommend using a car. Ask us if you would like us to recommend a car rental agency.
The property is located 10 minutes by car from the town centre where the commercial area is situated.
For your arrival, check-in will be in person. This is why we need to have precise information about your arrival time on the island if you are travelling, and specifically for the key handover.
Our check-in hours are from 15:00 to 21:00. Arrivals outside these hours are subject to company availability and may incur an additional charge. Please contact us. In case of lost keys, we will charge a surcharge of €75.00.
The door opening service during your stay will have a surcharge of €40.00.
In the event that we incur a locksmith expense due to misuse of the keys, the guest shall bear the full cost of this service.

Fui con mi familia éramos 4 adultos y una niña de dos años y la verdad que nos encantó desde la dueña es muy amable y muy buena gente , detallista, el equipo de reservas todas las dudas las solucionan rapidísimo la casa es super cómoda limpia y muy acogedora nos sentíamos como si estuviéramos en casa repetiremos sin duda muchísimas gracias.

Precioso sitio con preciosas vistas.
Aunque la ubicación es un poco lejana, es un sitio precioso y no es difícil de llegar. Nos pilló mal tiempo y aún así pudimos localizarlo bien, aunque hay que controlar bien el tema conducir.😂 Vistas impresionantes en mitad de la montaña y la gente de los alrededores muy simpática. Fuimos dos parejas con dos bebés y en todo momento muy bien. Buena comunicación y no nos falto de nada!! Recomiendo hacer una pequeña compra antes de llegar, por si se ven muy agusto y no quieren volver a bajar al pueblo 😋
No podría decir algo malo de la casa en sí. La verdad es que todo lo que no nos gustó o nos dio problemas fue ajeno a la instalación. El último día hubo un rally que nos molestó pero evidentemente no es controlable por ellos. A pesar de ser un sitio un poco alejado estaba muy moderno y muy bien cuidado. Sin duda repetiría!!
