Balcón del Teide is a unique estate on the outskirts of La Orotava on the island of Tenerife. Within almost 2,800m2 of landscaped grounds with palm trees and all kinds of flora, there are two villas around a private heated pool (October to March)and patio with barbecue; you can also enjoy a tennis / multipurpose court. There are views of the sea and El Teide. The nearest airport is only 20 minutes away, the tourist area of Puerto de la Cruz is also nearby, and so is La Laguna, a World Heritage City.
The main villa has a lounge-dining room, tv room, kitchen and 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms (1 en-suite); the lounge has a 4K Smart TV so guests can access their Amazon Prime, HBO or Netflix accounts in addition to other applications and national networks. The second house has a living room-kitchen-dining room, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. A maximum of 6 and 4 people can be accommodated respectively, ideal for two families who want to go on vacation together.
Las Cuevas is a quiet urbanisation of villas that easily connects with La Orotava and Puerto de la Cruz. In front of the house there is a small supermarket, a pharmacy and a tasca (Tasca Sansofé). Accessing Teide National Park is easy from the area.
A car is essential to reach and explore the area, however there is a bus stop just 100m from the house.
The Property Manager is available from 8am to 8pm through mobile chat (WA) or Vrbo/Homeaway for anything related to the house, as well as to answer questions about activities. There is also an employee who will be visit from time to time to clean the pool, take care of the gardens and carry out small maintenance actions if necessary.
