AC in room was broken, would not shut off, feezing temperatures. Caught a cold. Complained immediately, said was fixed, but no change. Finally got fixed after the 2nd night. Hot water in shower had no pressure, so could not even warm up. Jacuzzi was dirty, and could not be used when a massage session was in progress. Pool was dirty as well. Drain in bathroom smelt.

Cozy rooms with nice layout and comfortable bed. Breakfast offered with the booking was fairly limited variety. Quite a few bugs (recent rains) when we sat outside to eat or by the pool.

Baja Club has the best location in town and great breakfast. Roberto the concierge was so helpful with planning everything before our stay and was there to make sure we had a great stat. Great service all around.
