Excellent choice for this area of Olympic

Absolutely the best of nearby options, gorgeous setting with ocean views right on the beach, very clean rooms! Well located to visit Hoh rainforest, Rialto or Ruby beaches. We were happy to buy food in the well stocked grocery store in Forks and cook or meals, kitchen had everything we needed. Be aware there is no cell service (on AT&T anyway) and only wifi is standing outside next to the office building. No tv. So you will have a digital detox. Also know that if you arrive after 8pm (I believe) the office will be closed. There is an after hours phone number posted if you have cell service. Otherwise, pick up the phone on the back of the totem pole and press the button for security. Someone will be right over to check you in and give you a key. Wish this was explained better with signage. This isn't a luxury resort as the full price might imply, but we got a last minute discounted rate that seems fair given other options

Such a beautiful place! We stayed for a weekend and the entire time there were whales in the bay. The room is amazing, bed is awesome and the view is priceless! I loved, loved our stay. Thank you!

Hidden Gem

A hidden gem on arguably the most beautiful coastline anywhere. Rooms were spacious, clean and had the perfect ocean view. Cabins include an indoor wood burning fireplace, full kitchen, large dining room with ocean views, spacious deck, 3 bedrooms and spacious bathroom. Office staff were friendly and helpful as well. I would and will absolutely rebook with this resort. The only opportunity would be a little repair on the kitchen cabinets as the doors were holding on by a thread.

This is called a traditional cabin and is a basic structure. The kitchenette was fine and the bedding a towels were very good. The view from the windows and deck are just amazing and there is access to the beach. Quiet and relaxing.

The most beautiful view you will find! The proximity to the beach is absolutely amazing! Very comfortable beds, and having a full kitchen was a plus as there is NOTHING to eat around here so bring your grub. Forks has a great grocery store with a great deli and that is the best place to grab and bring back. Fantastic coffee in the AM at the little shack on property. Well priced for coffee too but nothing else to eat. Checking in after hours.. telephone is behind the totom pole.... really wish i knew this little factoid!

All was good at the hotel. The service at the Rivers Edge Restaurant was marginal at best..... The server was surly and the french fries were about 1/3 standard size with about 10 pieces. We were puzzled by our sevice since the hotel had been so pleasant......

This resort was very nice overall. The only negative is there is no internet or WiFi that reaches the hotel rooms or cabins. You get a very weak signal if you sit outside next to the office. Starlink is essential.
