La Quinta Cove 1965 mid-century home on a beautifully landscaped corner lot. Close to nature walks, and hiking trails. This 1272 square foot home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a kitchen with white cabinets, black granite countertops, stainless appliances, direct access to the two-car garage that has A/C where you can also play some ping pong and some Foosball, another nice feature to the garage is the covered carport for 2 more cars which offers protection from the sun. Beautifully landscaped private backyard with natural grass, putting green, natural gas built-in BBQ, Natural gas Firepit, outdoor heated shower, and south-facing New Pebble Tech pool and spa, the patio also offers a covered patio area overlooking the pool with spa and pool lights plus a second patio which overlooks the mountain. Perfect for relaxation, fun, and entertaining with 5 Smart TVs. Just a wonderful, meticulously maintained, and cared-for Mid Century. Pets will be considered with an extra fee.

This Home is a very comfortable place to stay while exploring the Coachella Valley or attending the Coachella Music and Arts Festival, Desert Int'l Horse Show, Tennis Events, Polo Games, and Golf Tournaments. Some of the best dining in the valley is just a short drive away. Old Town La Quinta is also close by. There are many miles of bike and walking trails available if that is an attractive activity for you.

This home requires a refundable security deposit. The homeowner will pay up to $350 on gas and electric (combined) per month, any overage will be the guest's responsibility.
