Welcome to La Quinta's newest neighborhood within the PGA Signature community. Step into this gorgeous 2-story, 3BD/2.5BA vacation home and you'll feel even cozier than you are at your own place. New construction means everything is brand new, but the love and attention that has been put into the decor and various spaces add the elements of a comfortable home.

Downstairs find the bright & open area that defines the living room, dining room, and chef-inspired kitchen. The primary bedroom & ensuite bathroom are situated in a downstairs corner while the other 2 bedrooms share the space upstairs. Speaking of upstairs, you will find a secondary living room if the need for separation of any kind exists. Plenty of space to spread out and lounge; you will not feel cramped in the slightest.

Out the back door (technically the formal front door) you will see both a seating and dining area along with a natural gas BBQ grill. This area is enclosed and has a pedestrian gate that allows easy access to make your way to the community pool & hot tub; which by the way is directly across the street and a short 2-minute walk from the home.

Additional Policies & Rules
-No outdoor music. Doors must be closed if playing music within the house.
-100% quiet hours outside from 10pm-10am
-No smoking inside home
-Renter must be 21+
-Sorry, not Pet Friendly ($500 fine will be assessed for bringing any pets into this property)
-Guests will sign a Ryson "Terms and Conditions" form and City Ordinances require a copy of your ID to Ryson prior to the day of your arrival.

The property, the home and the location were wonderful. Modern, clean, and comfortable. It was quiet, the pool and gym were great. Our stay was very nice. We were, however, very frustrated and disappointed in the customer service provided by Ryson Vacations. We had trouble accessing the key pad to get into the garage because it was stuck shut. We spent about two hours on the phone with two different Ryson agents when we arrived late afternoon, tired from travel and with groceries in the car. They could not find our reservation, our unit, and could not provide ANY useful help. We also engaged with a Ryson Agent via text and they were not helpful at all either. They could not send someone over to help us. The customer service was TERRIBLE. We finally contacted VRBO directly and they got right into problem solving mode. They also failed at getting an answer from Ryson. VRBO was very responsive and helpful and we eventually got into the unit, but it was a painful and frustrating start to our vacation. The rest of the stay was wonderful.

Exactly what we wanted

Close to the golf course, pool and gym. Exactly what we wanted. House was stocked with enough necessities to get us through an entire month too. No complaints and would gladly stay here again!

Great place to stay!!

We had a wonderful time at this Vrbo. It felt like home whenever we were there. It was great to come back to after long days at the Indian Wells Tennis Tournament. I highly recommend staying here and would definitely come back!!
