A great home in a central location. We hosted multiple generations of family and everyone was comfortable throughout our stay. The house was clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish. We look forward to returning!

Highly recommend Springs on the 11th

Had an amazing week long stay here. Spacious, clean and quiet/relaxing. Outdoor pool and all the games (billiards, fuse ball, shooting hoops)were a big hit!! Would stay here again 100%.

Our stay was everything we hoped it would be. It was just as pictured and we didn’t want to leave. The area was nice and peaceful and everything was cleaned to our expectations. They even have a book that lets you know some things to do in the area if you’ve planned on getting out and seeing what the town has to offer. We would definitely return to this home when we come back that way.

4th of July Weekend

My family and I had a wonderful time at this location. I have two grandsons ages 10 and 12 and this place could not have been better! They utilized all of the games - basketball, pool, arcade, etc! The pool was refreshing in the heat, the kitchen appliances were well stocked (air fryer, instant pot, pans, utensils, etc.), and the beds were comfortable. If I had a question Mark responded immediately which I really appreciated. Hope to be back again soon!

Great Stay At The Springs on 11th!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location was great with access to many of the area hiking locations which was our primary reason for our trip. It is centrally located between Palm Springs to the west and hiking locations to the east, including the south entrance to Joshua Tree National Park, which is definitely less crowded and easy to get to. In terms of the amenties that the property offered, they were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't want for anything. There are plenty of areas to relax, and the games (pool table, pop-a-shot, foosball, etc) offered plenty of activities for our teen aged kids. The area is great too! Plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and other shopping very close by. We loved it and would stay here again if we come back to the area!
