Former personal workshop of the owner's grandfather, converted into 2 adjoining gites, attached to the main house. Residential area on the heights of Chambéry (line 4 of the Chambéry urban network stop 100 m away). Studio pleasantly arranged and equipped for 2 people with all-inclusive services. Terrace in an enclosed courtyard, with table and deck chairs, facing south.
