Le logement dispose aussi d'un cellier avec une machine à laver le linge.
Les Plus de cette location à la mer : Place de parking privée en sous-sol, nombreux rangements, lave-linge, grande superficie et terrasse plein Sud. Proche des commerces et accès facile aux transports en communs. Ménage inclus. Remise et retour des clefs exclusivement sur La Rochelle (quartier des Minimes).

Beaucoup de vis à vis sur la terrasse.Beaucoup de moustiques aussi.Sinon appartement agréable à vivre, proche de la plage des minimes, bus, bateau bus, d'agréables promenades en perspective.

Appartement très récent avec place de parking très bien sécurisé. Proches commerces et plage à 5 mn à pieds. Déco très sympa. Jolie terrasse mais nous n’avons pas pu en profiter car la terrasse du voisin avait plein d’excréments de chien l’odeur était insoutenable. Nous avons appelé Foncia mais rien n’a été fait. Aussi une odeur très forte de remontée d’égout dans la salle de bain était très désagréable. Le matelas n’était pas confortable. Nous avons quand même passé un bon séjour.

We parfait

Emplacement idéal pour le port des minimes. Beau studio , bien équipé très agréable avec petite terrasse, je propose juste un petit tapis en sortie de douche. Calme et tranquille. Avec le petit plus , le parking en sous sol avec accès facile Résidence bien sécurisée Je recommande mais la période du premier mai n’est que le début de la saison
