Guests are welcome to use the three golf carts provided, but must return them in the same condition in which they were received. Any damage caused during the stay will be the responsibility of the guest.
To use the three golf carts, guests must leave:
• a refundable deposit of $ 300 upon check-out.

Use of the golf cart implies full acceptance of these conditions.

For safety reasons, it is forbidden to use the property's vehicles (the three golf carts) under the influence of alcohol or substances. Driving is reserved for sober and responsible people.

The villa is stunning, with a classic open-air layout that captures the tropical breeze perfectly.The location is ideal—central enough that navigating to Minitas Beach was a breeze, yet private and quiet at night. Outstanding location and wonderful staff

Perfect house for our Spring break with 8 teenagers and 6 adults. Staff was very attentive going above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our stay, even helped throw a birthday party for one guest with customized signs. Close enough to walk to the beach but the 3 golf carts made it easy to coordinate with a large group.

Excellent Home

This vacation was made very special because of its home conditions and mostly its staff. The home is very comfortable and has three different bedroom areas. For our family it was wonderful. What we very much appreciated is that even though it is on the golf course it has a great deal of privacy in the pool area.

Everything about our stay was amazing. The staff, food, location, and house were all great. The pool has afternoon shade which was ideal. Best Vacation!

This was such a great vacation for a group of 13. Kids, parents, and grandparents! We were trying to stay longer because we didn’t want to leave. The service and staff was what really made our trip so special! They are the best of the best! The entire complex is really great too! The golf carts, the pools, the beach’s are all amazing! My extended family (8 adults, 2 kids) had a great time on this lovely clean house. The house, pool and grounds are delightful. The staff are friendly and efficient and the management is straightforward and communicative. This is a first-rate property.

Beautiful house well kept.

The house , the staff, everyone was amazing! This is definitely how a vacation suppose to be it was short of nothing. We all enjoyed our stay at this property and the host was very attentive and sweet. We will definitely be back. All the staff was amazing and the house is just breathtaking if you want to vacay in luxury like the celebrities this house is the one.
