Dinner service terrible. Long delays to order and longer delays for food. Food was cold and soggy. Staff pretty much ignored tables. No hot water in shower. AC kept shutting off Breakfast service a little better but food quality mediocre. Made error in original reservation date and paid for stay I didn’t use. Paid 3x for updated date. No consideration Would Not stay here again.

After 12/19/25 hotel check-in, I was given a memo stating that a "private event" would be held on the premises the following evening. This said event was an extremely loud MAJOR CONCERT, which took place outside of our room from approx 9:00 p.m. until 6:30 a.m. The concert noise level was so loud it should have been held in a sound-proof building and not outside our room. Additionally, the preparations for the concert took hotel staff away serving paying guests, as orders were either not taken or were extremely slow at best. The hotel manager, Oscar, was sympathetic to listen to our complaints but there wasn't anything that could be done to correct the problems. place right outside of our room.

Desde que llegamos al hotel sentimos el nivel de servicio. ESPECTACULAR. Agradecimiento especial a Victor y Kelvin que nos asistieron con el check in y nos agradaron con el late check out para así aprovechar al máximo este maravilloso hotel. Nuestro maletero Anel conoce perfectamente cada detalle del hotel y con una sonrisa nos ayudó con nuestro equipaje y poniéndose siempre a la orden. Este hotel y su personal marcan la diferencia en lo que ea servicio al cliente. Volveremos sin dudarlo!!!

This is the best option by far to stay in La Romana outside Casa de Campo. It is quiet and comfortable, great rooms, the pool is very big and pretty. It was beyond our expectations.
