Minimal at best!

I slept on a futon. No other chair to sit on inside. Not clean. No hot water for two days. Owners, who live on the same property, said I should have checked the breaker box. Two rolls of toilet paper for eight days! Not sure I could have asked for more. Bring your own soap, towels, sheets, bath mat and TP! They did leave me a mop and bucket on the deck and some cleaning supplies for the kitchen and bath. All that being said the one star was for the view from the balcony
