The accommodation is brand new (September 2018), in an apartment on the ground floor of an residential building that has been converted into three rooms hotel rooms. It is located about seven blocks from La Spezia Centrale railways station. The room to the front of the building where I stayed has a window onto the street, protected by a security window and a Tuscan shutter. The room are exactly as they appear in the photos and everything works perfectly. There is a safe (which at the time of my stay was still portable, but will I am sure soon be fixed to a wall). The owner (Cristiana) is very pleasant and comes each day in the morning to clean. Send her a message through the booking system and she will coordinate with you via Whatsapp to be there when you arrive. I stayed five nights and felt very comfortable there.
El alojamiento recién se estrenó (Setiembre 2018), en un departamento de primer piso de un edificio residencial que se ha convertido en tres habitaciones por separado. Queda a siete cuadras de la estación ferrocarril La Spezia Centrale. La habitación al frente tiene ventana que da a la calle, con seguridad. Es tal cual como aparece en las fotos y todo funciona. Hay una caja fuerte (que todavía falta fijar a la pared, seguramente ya lo habrán hecho). La dueña (Cristiana) es simpática y viene todos los días durante horas de la mañana para limpiar. Mándale un mensaje por el sistema de reserva para coordinar mediante Whataspp tu hora de llegar. Pasé cinco noches.
