The flat is in a detached house consisting of a living room/kitchen and two bedrooms, each with a private bathroom (one of the two bedrooms is on the first floor). The structure is newly built and is an appurtenance of the host's property, where he/she lives and will be available if needed. On-site parking in a private, non-reserved area. The facility is located on the outskirts of La Spezia, within walking distance of the main services.

Sehr zu empfehlen. Saubere, moderne Unterkunft mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Die Unterkunft bietet eigentlich noch mehr als in der Anzeige beschrieben wird.Der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ist einfach und unkompliziert. Unterstützung bei Fragen und Problemen ist jederzeit gegeben.
