The room was good enough for providing a bed to sleep on. There was construction set up outside the main window so there was no view. Since there was no A/C there was two fans provided. The fans weren't in the best shape. There was a TV, however there was no (converter) plug for it. There were two other rooms adjacent to it, which we all shared a common bathroom. I had no problem with the restroom/ shower. Great water pressure! I have the exact same furniture as the main bedroom which was a coincidence.

Al nostro arrivo alle ore 15 come da check in le pulizie non erano ancora state effettuate. Tv rotta, bollitore inutilizzabile, tisane e the non presenti. Camera calda e rumorosa. Bagno difficile da chiudere con la chiave , sporco e scivoloso. Impatto deludente .

Boendet motsvarade inte förväntningarna

Vi hade bokat för 4 vuxna men bäddsoffan var alldeles för smal! Det fanns endast 3 badlakan. Ingen rumsstädning under vår vistelse och ingen städning av gemensamt badrum, vi fick köpa toalettpapper själva. Vi kontaktade Rent Rooms men fick ingen återkoppling.

Une catastrophe ! Organisation lamentable

Une catastrophe pour l'organisation. Pour pouvoir acceder a votre chambre vous recevez un code par email, soit disant, une fois avoir rempli un formulaire en ligne et payer les taxes ! Ce qui necessite une connexion le Jour J. Formilaire pas des plus simples à remplir (Status/code pays) Dans le mail que vous recevez, il n'y a finalement pas le code, l'agence est difficilement joignable donc mieux vaut s'y prendre tot. Aucne instruction pour l'arrivee, sachez que c'est au 2e etage. Et l'ascenseur fonctionne 1 fois sur 2. -pas de lumière dans la salle de bain -oubli d'une serviette de bain alors que la reservariln etait pour 2. Pas de personnel dans l'etanlissement. -Pas de clim ni ventilateur, il fait extrêmement chaud dans les chambres.
