Excellent apartment with fantastic view of La Spezia
We stayed in the 1 bedroom apartment on the upper floor for 1 week. There is another apartment below that was not occupied. The laundry room is downstairs and is shared with the apartment below. The apartment is very bright and clean with high ceilings. The bed was very comfortable. The highlight for us was the large terrasse with a fantastic view of the harbor and the bay. The kitchen was well equipped and we didn't miss anything. Our car was safely parked in a garage which is a big plus. Check-in and check-out was easy. Armando gave us many tips for where to shop, eat and what to see. The location requires a car. Although the house is on a narrow road with some traffic, road noise was never an issue. We would definitely stay at Armando's place again.

Amazing stay for 2 weeks
Armando’s place is amazing. We stayed here for 2 weeks and really enjoyed ourselves. The place has an amazing view and balcony - we enjoyed eating dinner outside most nights. We also needed to work from here for a short time and the internet was fast and reliable. The kitchen was great to cook and we had everything we needed. The place is nice and quiet and easy to drive to La Spezia and all of the things in the area. Thank you again - we can’t wait to return one day

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und gut ausgestattet und bietet einen optimalen Ausgangspunkt für vielseitige Ausflüge! Der Blick vom Balkon ist traumhaft! Der Vermieter ist äußerst zuvorkommend und bemüht, gibt sehr hilfreiche Tipps und ist immer ansprechbar. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Aufenthalt in der Nebensaison in Carozzo
Ein rundum sehr empfehlenswertes Objekt mit einem außerordentlich netten und zuvorkommenden Vermieter, von der Kommunikation über den Empfang bis hin zu Ausflugsvorschlägen während des Aufenthaltes war alles vorbildlich. Sehr sauberes Objekt, ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick über die Bucht, Nutzung des Balkons und der Garage sowie Verpflegung mit Obst aus dem Garten. Heizung (Fußboden) war optimal eingestellt. Wir hatten absolut keine Probleme und sagen Danke! Jederzeit gern wieder.

Wundervoll!!!
Sehr schöne, liebevoll eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung. Man hat alles, was man als eine kleine Familie im Urlaub benötigt. Tolle Terrasse mit einem mega Blick aufs Meer, den Hafen, die Berge:-) Die Lage ist super um einige Ausflüge zu machen und die tolle Umgebung zu erkunden (Pisa, Florenz, Cinque Terre etc), allerdings braucht man dafür unbedingt ein Auto! Einige tolle Strände befinden sich ebenfalls 10-20 Autominuten entfernt. Und zuletzt der Vermieter: unglaublich nett, gastfreundlich, fürsorglich, hilfsbereit etc. Ein Mensch, dem das Wohlbefinden seiner Gäste WIRKLICH am Herzen liegen! Fünf Sterne dafür und ganz liebe Grüße von uns!!! Wir empfehlen Sie und Ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Alles prima
Der Empfang durch den Vermieter war sehr gut und uns wurden gleich viele wertvolle Tips gegeben. In der Wohnung findet man alles, was man benötigt. Dank der sonnigen Terrasse und des tollen Wetters konnten wir noch wunderbar in der Sonne frühstücken. Obwohl das Haus direkt an der Straße liegt ist es nachts sehr ruhig. Der Supermarkt und das Einkaufszentrum sind etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt gut zu erreichen und 7 Tage die Woche geöffnet. Die Umgebung bietet viele herrliche Sehenswürdigkeiten, so dass man einen sehr kurzweiligen Urlaub verbringen kann. Insgesamt können wir einen Aufenthalt hier sehr empfehlen!! 👍

Eine sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen, mit einer traumhaften Terrasse. Herr Bonomi ist ein sehr herzlicher Gastgeber, welcher sich sehr um seine Gäste bemüht & viele Tipps zu Ausflugsmöglichkeiten gibt. Zudem spricht er sehr gut Deutsch.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, -ca. 20 min zum Hafen und Zentrum -ca. 30 bis 40 min Portovenere , mit dem Zug Cinque Terre, Lerici ,Tellaro -tolles Blick auf Hafen und Stadt (bes.Nachts) -sehr gute Restaurants in der Nähe (Verzzano Ligure) - gute Möglichkeiten zum Wandern, tolle Gegend. -der Vermieter sehr hilfreich -100% Erholung
