The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. A short walk to the city centre and across the road from the marina made for an excellent location.

My only complaint would the the Main entrance door needs attention and we were woken up every time someone came and went in the building.

Do not rent this property

We are very unsatisfied with this property: 1. the manager did not check messages, we waited for more than 30 minutes for her to meet us and open the door for us. 2. the kitchen ware was not cleaned. there is old stale water (not sure how long it has been there) in the coffee maker. 3. the actual views are not what advertised on the website. There is no water front view. The unit is on the first floor. windows are closed, not easy to open. 4. we can't use the keys provided to open the unit for more than one hour. The manager lives more than 30 minutes away. She is not very responsive to the issue and can't help with living so far away 5. Owner is very rude. He is yelling at us on the phone and even threatening us that he will call police when we were discussing cleaning fee. 6. on the reservation confirmation, there is no cleaning charge mentioned. but owner insisted in charging us cleaning fee even the kitchen ware are very dirty and unit is not very clean. 7. Kitchen/living area is cold. there is a heater but the heat does not heat up the whole area 8. one part of electric does not work in one of the room.

Location and size were great. Just across the park to Cinque Terre ferries. After traveling for two weeks we loved the washing machine and the dishwasher. However the general condition of the condo is tired and dirty. Needs thorogh cleaning and maintenance. Looks like a perfect place for backpackers.
