PYLA SUR MER - Close to the Corniche and next to the Pyla Tennis Club, this charming, beautifully renovated Gaume-style villa offers 105m² of living space on two levels, offering 4 bedrooms.
Ground floor: entrance hall/laundry room (washing machine and dryer), small bathroom, separate toilet, hallway leading to 3 bedrooms: 2 bedrooms with 160cm beds (can be used as 80x190cm twin beds) & 1 bedroom with 90x190cm bunk beds.
Upstairs: (access via the interior spiral staircase or the exterior straight staircase): dining room and living room (TV, Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi speaker, fireplace), small open-plan kitchen (ceramic hob, fridge-freezer combo, extractor hood, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine, etc.), bedroom 4 (140x200cm bed), toilet, and bathroom. Enclosed garden of 390m², wooden terrace at the rear with equipped summer kitchen, parking for cars...
Access to the corniche and Dune du Pyla on foot, Le Moulleau by bike (cycle path) approximately 3km, and Arcachon town center approximately 8km.

Maison bien placée

La maison est bien placée géographiquement car les plages sont accessibles rapidement, la dune également mais malheureusement elle est le long d une avenue très passante. La maison est fonctionnelle mais les chambres du bas sont très humides. Il y a 8 couchages mais les espaces communs dans la maison (salon/salle à manger/cuisine) sont très petits : maximum 5 adultes ou couples avec enfants éventuellement.
