La maison du port - With swimming pool in La Teste

Located in the center of La Teste, this charming 75 m² house is perfect for a couple and their children. Bright and well-appointed, it offers a convivial living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine), ideal for sharing warm moments (the ground floor of the house is not air-conditioned).

Upstairs, you'll find one bedroom with a 160cm bed and a second with two 90cm beds, both air-conditioned for optimum comfort. A bathroom with shower and toilet completes the space, while a separate toilet is available on the first floor.

The exterior is a haven of peace: a large 60 m² terrace with a summer kitchen lets you enjoy meals al fresco. A secure, alarmed swimming pool (3x2 m, 90 cm deep- Secured with pool alarm-unheated) awaits you for moments of relaxation. The swimming pool is open from May to September. The house faces east-west, so the sun shines on the front terrace in the morning and the back terrace (pool side), which faces west, from noon until around 5–6 p.m.

In terms of amenities, the house is ideally located just a few minutes' walk from shops and the La Teste train station, which offers a direct train service from Paris. Parking is easy and free at the station, even in summer.

Nearby, the port of La Teste invites you to sample oysters, shrimps and seafood in the oyster huts, or enjoy a plancha and barbecue in style. For even greater comfort, the house is equipped with a Nespresso machine, so you can enjoy a good cup of coffee at any time. An ideal place for a relaxing, authentic vacation in the heart of the Bay of Arcachon.

On the outside terrace, there's a cul-de-sac where you can park your vehicle while you unload and store your luggage.
The house is located on a small private road where there are several houses.
There are no neighbours.

The house is located in a quiet residential area. Please respect the surrounding peace and quiet. We do not allow festive gatherings.

During your stay, it is your responsibility to activate and deactivate the alarm or to open and close the pool cover.
Children near a swimming pool require your constant vigilance and active supervision, even if they know how to swim. The presence of a parent and/or adult is essential when the pool is open.
