In La Tranche sur Mer, holiday home located 600m from the town centre and 1km from the main beach. Accommodation for 6 people, comprising on the ground floor, a fitted kitchen open to the living room, a toilet. A summer kitchen with bay window opening onto the terrace with awning and garden furniture. Upstairs (steep staircase) 2 bedrooms, the first with a 140cm bed and the second with a bunk bed (140cm and 160cm), a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
EQUIPMENT: television, wifi, oven, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine, garden furniture, plancha, toaster, kettle, fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, vacuum cleaner, sun loungers, crockery and cutlery...
