vacation style, but limited ameniities

Not as customer friendly as a full fledged hotel stay ( this is a resort village, not an hotel), It has perks (animations, entertainment and vacation spirit). . The only minor issue, the inside parking is located inside a set of pine trees, Some parking places are very difficult to access (partially blocked by the trees), and the number of places is pretty small, if you arrive late (after 8:00pm,9:00pm, you will have to park outside in the street (there is plenty of room,though)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à azureva Ronce-les-Bains. L'appartement était au top, nous avions pris en demi-pension rapport qualité-prix rien à dire. Personnel charmant. Le plus c'est que cet établissement accepte les chiens ce qui est vraiment la cerise sur le gùteau. C'est avec grand plaisir que nous y retournerons.

Bon sĂ©jour dans l’ensemble. Bons repas. Par contre service moyen car aucun passage de mĂ©nage pendant 5 jours et donc pas de changement de linge de toilette qui a eu du mal Ă  sĂ©cher dehors car pas de sĂšche serviette dans la salle d’eau. D’autres dĂ©tails comme obligĂ©s de demander du papier toilette Ă  l’accueil, un balai wc qu’on a signalĂ© manquant et qui ne nous a jamais Ă©tĂ© fourni

Bon sĂ©jour dans l’ensemble, le personnel est vraiment Ă  l’écoute , l’établissement en lui mĂȘme est top , mais niveau propretĂ© et confort de l’hĂ©bergement, nous avons eu quelques mĂ©saventures. Toilettes encrassĂ©es , nous avons retrouvĂ©s des cheveux dans la douche , le wifi capte mal , et la chambre n’est pas insonorisĂ©e, pas facile avec les appartements mitoyens.

nous ne connaissions pas Azureva mais nous avons vraiment apprecié , comme ce n'était que pour 1 jour et cela pour les grandes marées ! il n'y a aps grand chose à raconter . Chambre impeccable , demi-pensions pareil accueil trÚs bien , par contre pour une personne mal voyante la chambre au 1er étage !! mais cela nous ne l'avions pas mentionné . Nous reviendrons à Azuréva ailleurs, merci

OĂč sont les 4 Ă©toiles ??

Je ne recommande pas du tout cet endroit qui est embelli, en ligne. Les photos rendent mieux, tout paraĂźt plus grand et qu’on on arrive, on est sacrĂ©ment déçus. La taxe de sĂ©jour est plus chĂšre que ce qui avait Ă©tĂ© annoncĂ© en ligne, on ne sait pas si on se fait arnaquer ou non. On nous a placĂ© dans un groupe de rĂ©sidence oĂč se trouve le club pour les enfants et avec une superbe vue sur le parking. Nous souhaitions du calme et nous n’avons pas Ă©tĂ© servis. C’est trĂšs mal isolĂ© et on entend sans cesse les voisins. Les balcons ne permettent aucune intimitĂ©, ils sont collĂ©s avec une sĂ©paration ridicule. On pourrait parfaitement venir prendre nos affaires. La terrasse n’était pas nettoyĂ©e Ă  notre arrivĂ©e et il n’y avait plus de gel douche dans notre salle d’eau. La piscine, si rĂ©glementĂ©e (sur la tenue, la possibilitĂ© de fumer), est bondĂ©e d’enfants qui plongent en permanence alors qu’il est soi disant interdit de plonger. La tempĂ©rature de l’eau est agrĂ©able mais pas possible d’y rester si on veut se dĂ©tendre car on est envahis par les cris. Je la trouve d’ailleurs trĂšs petite par rapport au nombre de logements. Par ailleurs, il n’y a quasiment aucun transats, il faut s’assoir sur des chaises en plastique, pas top pour bronzer et se dĂ©tendre. C’est la premiĂšre fois que je vais dans un endroit oĂč il n’y a aucune animation pour les adultes, tout ce qui est proposĂ© est pour les enfants. Je ne comprends pas comment il est possible de donner 4 Ă©toiles Ă  ce genre d’établissement.

Une seul nuit rĂ©servĂ©e pour passer un week-end avec mes enfants. MĂ©nage pas fait Ă  notre arrivĂ©e. Taxe de sĂ©jours facturĂ© 2 fois oar la jeune fille de l'accueil. Lors du remboursement le lendemain Ă  mon dĂ©part, mĂȘme pas un petit dĂ©solĂ© ou excuser nous!!! Rien.... Aucune explications sur le fonctionnementde l'Ă©tablissement. Alors que le lendemain pour seux qui arrive pour une semaine, pot d'acceuil, explications sur les diffĂ©rentes prestations, que nous aurions pu utiliser sur nos deux jours si nous avions Ă©tĂ© mis au courant. Bref on s'ai sentis exclu, avec notre bracelet rose en papier.
