Confort moyen par rapport au prix de la location

Maison d'un confort moyen : salle de bain au rdc très étroite, manque d'accessoires tels que tapis de bain, porte savon, torchons. Le garage est condamné et ne permet donc pas d'y garer sa voiture. De même, il nest pas possible de se garer devant le garage (trop peu d'espace). Enfin, et ce qui est dommage en été, la terrasse donne sur une palissade.

Il y a du pour et du contre dans cette location, qui est proche des plages, bien équipée en ustensiles divers, et située dans un endroit très calme. Pour les inconvénients , il faut citer une literie inconfortable ( matelas très durs) , une douche très petite, une cuisinière à bout de souffle ( allumages piézos usés ). Ce sont des inconvénients qui peuvent être corrigés .Pour l'accès aux commerces de trinité, une voiture est requise.

Déçue : rapport qualité prix moyen

Déçu par cette location. La photo qui est présentée sur l'annonce est très avantageuse : la terrasse donne en fait sur une palissade. Le confort de la maison est en outre moyen. Le garage est fermé, donc pas possible d'y garer sa voiture.

Eine sehr schöne Lage, wenn man ein Fahrrad oder Auto hat. es sei denn, man ist Wanderfreudig und läuft gern 3 Km zu einem Café oder zu einer Boulangerie etc. Das Objekt liegt am Rand von La Trinité-sur-mer. Sauber haben wir selber gemacht und das unter Covid 19 Bedingungen. Die Objektbetreuung ist sehr mangelhaft. Müllentsorgung war nicht genau erklärt und man musste sich selbst um die Lösung kümmern. Die Mülltonnen als Tipp: muss man zu nächsten Straße rollen. Unaufgeräumt wirkt dieses an sich schöne Haus. Bilder kann man hier leider nicht zeigen.

Schönes Haus aber...

Es wäre ein schönes Haus, wenn ordentlich gesäubert und aufgeräumt wird. Nach einem Putzeinsatz war es zu ertragen. Das Haus liegt Ideal für Wanderer, Fahrradfahrer und Autofahrer. Das Haus befindet sich nicht im Centrum des Ortes La Trinité sur mer. es gibt für den Preis auch noch bessere Wohnlagen. Tourismusverband hat 3 Sterne vergeben für die Möblierung. 1 Stern wäre korrekt.

La maison est très agréable, spacieuse avec tout le confort qu’il faut pour passer de bonnes vacances. La terrasse derrière est parfaite, au calme pour manger et se prélasser sur les transats. Le devant de la maison donne sur un grand champs avec des chevaux. Très sympa comme cadre de vacances.

Très bonne location et très bon séjour dans le coin où nous avions l'habitude de séjourner auparava

Un seul petit bémol : le devant du jardin n'était pas suffisamment sécurisé pour notre chien . Merci, et nous sommes prêts à recommencer, même en dehors des grandes vacances si possible

Maison très agréable

L'environnement est très calme et très agréable du fait de la proximité de la plage. La maison est spacieuse (5 personnes pour ce qui nous concerne), bien équipée et tout fonctionne parfaitement.
