Los dueños siempre están presentes y dispuestos a ayudar, además de dar excelentes recomendaciones de la zona. El lugar tiene muchos detalles que se agradecen: agua para beber siempre disponible, artículos de aseo personal e incluso equipo para actividades como snorkel y aletas.
