The extra large swimming pool has been renovated and is better than ever with a hot tub, swim-up bar and BBQ area. Secure, assigned parking with gated access with security. There are 3 flights of stairs leading from your parking space to the top-floor penthouse (there are not elevators in La Ventana).
Centrally located with short to the beach, grocery store, Farmer's Market, coffee shops and local restaurants. Water heater and in unit washer/dryer.
