As soon as we arrived, we encountered the first of 3 employees that were CRYING due to being over worked!!!! That doesnt really set a happy mood. No coffee, soap or shampoo in the bottles in the room. We weren't told about the photos being taken at the Waterpark, there for we were unable to get them. Also, your website says microwaves are in each room. They are not. The staff just went through the motions, no smiling or interaction at all. Over all very disappointed..again. we have been guests every year for 5 years and each visit just gets worse.

Very children place
I liked large facilities, room was also good, foods are plenty, but mostly junk food. The staff is friendly. Aquapark was crowded. The most decent food I tried was pizza and it wasnt very good pizza. The place advitised steak, but I wasnt able to find it. The availability of quality food is my biggest complain.
